Portrait order

We only do the new customizing pet portrait on:

You can choose your pet portrait from our "Buddy's Collection".

In this collection, we provide the changing color of your buddy only. (CAN NOT ADD ON ANY DETAILS)

We cannot design logos, copyrighted characters, shows, etc. (unless verified as yours). For more information, please get in touch with us.

Yes, All customers get to preview their portrait illustrations and request any changes before printing if wanted. We will contact you once your portrait is ready for your approval. If the customer does not reply all efforts to contact them in seeking design approval, we will do the final process and ship what has been designed.

As soon as you place your order we'll process as

1.) After you have paid, the first draft of your order will be done within 5-7 business days and send to you for the approve

- In the first drawing draft, you can edit the design, color, or anything one time FREE of charge. (will take about 2-3 days)

2.)After your confirmation, we'll move to the final process for the final product with will take about 5-7 days. During this process, you cannot change or edit anything.

It is important to know that what color you see on a computer screen is not exactly what will be printed unless the screen is professionally calibrated. Screens work in the RGB (Red, Green, Blue) color space, whilst printing works in the CMYK (Cyan, Magenta, Yellow, Black) color space.

In understanding this all customers will agree that colors may vary from what is approved on the screen to what is finally printed.

You can find size guides in our size chart page. We suggest measuring before choosing a size to guarantee the best fit. 

SHIPPING AND TRACKING

We provide "FREE Shipping" for all orders in Thailand only. Your order will be delivered through SPX.

The delivery time to your destination will vary according to your postcode mostly 2-3 days in advance. Please allow extra time for post deliveries at peak times during the holiday period.

Our store does not accept any responsibility for shipping times, and we cannot refund items that arrive later than required. The courier tracking number will send to you after shipping by private chat. If for any reason you do not pick the parcel up, the parcel will be returned to us. Should this happen, you will be required to pay a fee for re-delivery.

We can ship overseas! Please contact us by private chat for inquiries before making payment.

Happy Buddy is not responsible for items lost in the post as unfortunately, this is out of our control.

Please make sure all postal information is correct and up to date, as we take no responsibility for incorrect information or sending your item to the incorrect address.

Please advise us asap PRIOR to sending your item if your address is incorrect and provide us with the correct information. Once your item is shipped unfortunately there is nothing further we can do.

Great care is taken to ensure that your item arrives in perfect condition, free from defects. All our items are carefully packed and posted in secure packaging for maximum protection however please be advised that we do NOT take any personal responsibility for the courier service, with the slim chance the item becomes lost or damaged in transit.

Returns & Refunds

Everything in our store is made to order, due to this we are not able to offer exchanges, returns, and refunds but please contact us if you have any problems with your order.

Because of the nature of these items, unless they arrive damaged or defective or a name is spelled incorrectly, we cannot accept returns. If your item has arrived faulty or damaged please contact us at contact us and state your order and a description of your concern.

For the customized order, we endeavor to produce your order as quickly as possible. This means after your order has been placed production may start within hours. If you wish to cancel or change your order, please contact us as soon as possible.

If you made a typo and spelled your pet's name wrong please get in touch with us and we'll be able to reprint it at a reduced rate. Please contact us as soon as possible.

If it’s our mistake, we’ll get a replacement to you asap without any fees of course.

Due to the nature of custom orders, we do not accept returns or refunds on any purchases. For this reason, it is important that you accurately measure before ordering using our sizing guide. Please contact us if you need help getting your pets the correct size.
